If you need a toggle:
bind p "cg_thirdperson !" //Thirdperson mode. The ! means it's a toggle bind.

If you need several stuff on one button:
This is a saber color change bind, it has 6 on 1 button. Just cut the 4 others out and change the cmd before the ;

bind X "vstr saber_x"

set saber1 "color1 0; set saber_x vstr saber2"
set saber2 "color1 1; set saber_x vstr saber3"
set saber3 "color1 2; set saber_x vstr saber4"
set saber4 "color1 3; set saber_x vstr saber5"
set saber5 "color1 4; set saber_x vstr saber6"
set saber6 "color1 5; set saber_x vstr saber1"
set saber_x "color1 0; set saber_x vstr saber1"
