It's made it the same way as Nerevar's HDshaderBespin if you know it. It makes some nice "HD render" effects on walls, floor etc with some brightness/shadows shaders. It doesn't have make the loading time longer but maybe fps lower (not that much thou). The screenshot don't show the effects, you see them when you move mostly. It even works better when you game's gamma isn't too high, otherwise the shadows aren't really visible.

thx :) the rodian without vest is here thanks to Kamod's clientside which avoid .surf to work on 1.02 :D

He just use my clientside which have support for surf files :) With surf it is really easy to remove the west :D

I rarely advertise my mod? :) I do not know if you have noticed, but I have not even made a topic about my clientside (Or the serverside for that matter) on this forum yet :D? And the reason why I posted, was because I thought Okiba's post explained it in a strange and incorrect way ("which avoid .surf to work on 1.02") :)

Everybody is welcome to advertise mods for jk2 ;) While you are at adding stuff from Forcemod, I think everyone would like to see more of it to be added in 1.02 because it's a cool mod :D (So a sneaky hint to 'my wishes' u may have read long time ago extending-gameplay-of-jk2-t483.html ^^) Btw. what's your opinion of adding some physics like from japhys-mod-source-code-t566.html as you said you wanted to take a look into it?

I am personally just too lazy to update topic posts on multiple forums, hence why I have not mentioned my clientside on this forum yet :lol: I might do that when the mod is more release ready, but not in its current state (Open Alpha) whilist undergoing changes on a regular basic ^_^ If you want to have a look on it, I asume you know were to find it; otherwise you can always ask :)

While I have ported over or based certain things on stuff from ForceMod 2 (Only minor stuff like the flamethrower and such things actually - things like custom hilts and rgb sabers are based on Tchouky's work, which are the systems that most mods with those features have used as base), I do not plan to use/base anything else from it at the moment :)

I never really had the time to look into the whole physics thing, and I highly doubt that I will have the time to it either :/ If anyone else ever do it I would love to see it, but I just don't have the time at the moment with both a fulltime job, a YouTube channel, as well as my own serverside & clientside mods to complete first :)
