Dunno Scripts but if you want some commands here are some which can reduce lag: (Open the console and write)
/rate 10000
/snaps 125
/com_maxfps 125
/cl_maxpackets 100
/cl_packetdup

seta rate "25000" //max rate is 25 kB/sec

so i flew through the link you posted and it said
"But with a non-modded jamp.exe, cl_maxPackets is limited to 100", i know thats the same for jk2, but now i wonder, is there a modded jk2mp.exe where i could use 125 or even 142 maxpackets???
