Hi guys, i will release a beta of Jk2 MP Remake Beta im making.
maybe the next week i will post here and in anothers forums the 1st beta.

so... ¿What is JK2 MP Remake? well, is a engine/game modification of Jedi Academy (aka JK3) with the option to change the gameplay back to firsts JK2 Versions (1.02 and 1.03)

FAQ:

Q: ¿What happen with the old project for JK2 called "JK2 v1.05 / JK+Mod" ?
A: I stopped the project in JK2 because i see a better way to continue the project in JK3 (better engine, and more)

Q: This "JK2 MP Remake" will have the awesome stuff we seen in "JK2 v1.05 / JK+Mod" ?
A: Yes, this will have the option to enable/disable new features like Grapple, Admin / Ranking System, New Options, and more.

- Enable Push/Pull System from JK2
- Enable Saber Damages back to JK2
- Enable Roll Backs from JK2
- Changed Rolls & Force Grip Speeds back to JK2

- Added "JK_GamePlay" to change gameplay between JK3, JK2 1.02 & 1.03
- Enable Spinning during Backstabs, Yellow DFA, Red DFA & Lunge/Uppercut

but HEY, we tested from early August (like every week) this new project, is stable, not like the old project...

Sounds very awesome; looking forward to test it out at some point :) Although you will be able to create most of the gameplay from JK2, then what about strafing? Is JKA also Q3 Engine based, or? Would be boring to play CTF and such without being able to strafe proper :)

Shame you cnouldn't keep going with JK++, was excited to use it on 1.04 =/

Strafing is a Q3 engine feature, is in most of q3 games (sof, jk's, bf, cod), obiously we have strafe on ctf's :)

maybe i will release the jk2 version, but not rightnow. maybe after this JK2mpRemake i will continue the jk2 project. but only for 1.04. now im working on JkA

Is it still alive? I play JKA since the beginning too and we had once JK2 1.02 CTF mod for JKA, I would be happy for testing and help.

JK2 FF is only the 1.04 gameplay..... a ****. (backstab are like 1.03, not the same as 1.02)

Im thinking about this... because with the release of JK2 multi version, im planned to left this JK3 project to center my work into JK2... im still thinking who have more future, because remaking JK2 gameplay in JK3 is a hard work and i only have 20% done.

im studying the possibilities with jk2 first.

anyways, im only one developer... i need a team, is the reason why i never released any of my projects, because they all are incomplete. i shared with my friends just for fun.
